Why did I choose school counseling?
I have always had a passion for helping give power to those who may not always feel powerful. My teaching experience (3 years) taught me that there is power in safety and love… There is no better place to cultivate those than in a school, beginning with the school counselor.

What do I like to do in my spare time?
I love going to any sporting event I can attend! My favorites are football and baseball, especially when the Ole Miss Rebels are playing. When the weather is nice, I love taking my 5-pound Yorkie, Niño, for walks at the park. Every now and then, I don’t mind binging my favorite shows for a day! 🙂
